| What are the side effects of LASIK? |
|
||
| There are 3 common side effects following LASIK-dry eyes, fluctuating vision and glare at night. These occur due to the recovery of the eyes from the LASIK procedure and will gradually diminish over time. Most LASIK patients only experience these problems within the first 1 to 2 months following LASIK. Fluctuating vision and glare at night are caused by dry eyes. In order to reduce the impact of these on your vision, you will be given artificial tear eyedrops (lubricant eyedrops) to use for the first 1 to 2 months following LASIK. |
